Thursday 8:15pm – 9:15pm @ Hereford Academy of Dance
A dance class with a fitness twist!
We start with a “copy cat” warm up which takes us into our aerobic section…
These tracks are easy to follow but hard work!! Following on, we concentrate on muscle application, stretching or strengthening work.
Next up, technique and corner (this will usually involve kicks, leaps or spins!!) Then into our dance routine! We change the routine and style every 6 weeks so we’ll be working on the same choreography for half a term.
Past popular numbers include “Fame”, “Show Me How You Burlesque” and “Can’t Touch This!” After all that, it’s time for a well earned cool down!
These classes are so much fun and because you book for a half or a full term, we have the same people every week meaning we can really push the dance level and the participants get to know and feel comfortable with each other. We all have a great time!
